When most people think about getting a job at Mcdonalds they think of the cashier or frycook, what most don't think much or at all about is the manager position. The manager is one of the most important people at any Mcdonalds, they perform a variety of tasks ranging from taking inventory to handling customer complaints and if anyone doesn't show up they have to pick up the slack. Many days managers come home physically and mentally exhausted and most of them work weekends,but despite this they only make 35k-60k a year. There are some benefits though, some managers recieve 1-2 weeks of paid vacation and a 401K plan.
